| From Native Deen: Salaams, Happy to hear you in enjoy the rain song. The language spoken there is Zulu. The song was written while on a relief trip to west Africa. It was written near Timbuktu, in mali. I wanted to have some of the local language in it, but it wasn't possible at the time. So we sent it to our good friend zain bhikha to work on it along with some of our other friend from south Africa. And that's how we got a portion of the song in Zulu. |
